Returns Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email info@theshoal.co.uk from the email address that your ordered from, along with your order number as shown on your order confirmation email
- We will then send you instructions on how to finish your refund
Additional Information:
- Refunds can take up to 7 days from the day we receive the returned item
- Any return shipping fees will need to be paid by the customer
- We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items, so recommend you return using a tracked method (such as Royal Mail tracked delivery)
